iConstruction OS
The whole job in one system
Office and field work from the same records — one project tree, one drawing register, one trail from material request to invoice — instead of spreadsheets and email threads.
Projects, buildings and suites
Every job is a workspace: buildings, floors, suites and rooms in one tree, with inspections, photos and issues filed where they happened. The general contractor and the trades share one project, and each company's costs stay its own.
Drawings and specs, current issue first
One register row per issued set, grouped by discipline. A new revision supersedes the old one, its sheets are compared with the previous issue, and the trades get an email when new drawings arrive. Specifications, RFIs and submittals sit beside them.
From material request to delivery
Site asks for material; the office collects supplier quotes through a portal, compares the bids line by line and turns the winners into approved purchase orders. Receiving records what actually arrived — short, damaged or wrong — with photos, and the request stays open until everything is in.
Invoices and price history
Supplier invoices arrive by email, are read by AI, matched to the purchase order and confirmed by a person. Statements are reconciled line by line, approved invoices are assembled into QuickBooks bills, and every order, quote and invoice line — old order archives included — feeds one price history per material, supplier by supplier.
QA/QC inspections from your templates
Build checklists once — measurements with tolerances, pass/fail, photos — and run them on any location. Answers are judged as they are entered and scored by severity; a failure can open an issue and a re-inspection round, and an inspection can be pinned to its spot on the drawing.
Daily reports
Each company files one report a day per project: crew, work done, materials, delays, safety notes and photos. Write it on the phone, submit it, and it is approved or sent back with a reason.
360° site walks
Lay out capture points on the drawing, walk the route with a 360° camera and upload the whole card in one go. Then walk the site point to point on the plan, and compare the same spot before and after the walls close.
3D models in the browser
Upload the IFC exports of your models and open them in the browser, even on a phone. Load every discipline in one scene, show one level, cut a section, find an element by its tag and read its properties.
Work plan and tasks
The GC schedule, your company's own plan and the work assigned to you — as a table, Gantt or calendar, with dependencies and the critical path. Everyone's personal task list follows them onto the phone.
On site, on the phone
The same projects on a phone, showing each person the parts their role allows. Work recorded without a signal waits on the phone and syncs once it is back online.

Connect Claude to your projects
iConstruction OS is an MCP server: connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that speaks MCP with your own sign-in — no token to paste. It reads your projects, drawings, orders and invoices with exactly your permissions, drafts material requests, RFQs and RFIs, and proposes what it reads off the drawings for a person to approve. The built-in AI agents follow the same rule: nothing they draft is sent, and no task they suggest is created, until a person approves it. Approving orders, sending to suppliers and paying stay in the app, with people.
